Design and Concept

The icon is a stylized representation of a bar graph, which represents the idea of growth and success. The initials of the brand (I and E) make it up: the base of the graph forms the I and the bars form the E.

The green colours are reassuring and represent growth and prosperity. The shades going from dark to light help reinforce the concept of progress and promotion.
